If I fill the vehicle less than full (not up to the filler neck) no leakage occurs. ![]() If I fill the vehicle completely (until automatic shutoff), all the fuel in the filler neck leaks to the ground. ![]() Nhtsa campaign number 01v374000 clearly affects my vehicle, as I am experiencing the exact problem associated with that recall and fall within the specific dates of vehicles affected, however, daimler/Chrysler refuses to honor the recall, claiming my vehicle is unaffected.
